About
Cantarell Energy Corporation is the US holding entity for a vertically integrated refined-products group operating across the US–LATAM corridor.
Cantarell began as a physical and commercial reality: refined-products distribution across the Americas was under-instrumented, and the margin between a well-run route and a badly-run one was measured in dollars per gallon.
We built the physical operations first (standing up a hazmat carrier and a trading desk) and quickly discovered that off-the-shelf software could not handle the physical and commercial complexities. So we built our own operating system for fuel markets, on the thesis that the most useful software is the one written by the operator.
Today the group is three companies. Cantarell Carriers moves the molecules, Cantarell Supply and Trading sources and sells them, and Cantarell Systems runs the software that unifies the whole picture. The holding company, Cantarell Energy Corporation, is the connective tissue.

The group is binational by construction. Physical operations in the United States, technology operations in México, and commercial operations across the corridor.

2022
Cantarell Energy Corporation is positioned as the parent entity and the oiltech category thesis goes public at cantarell.energy.
Cantarell Systems, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is incorporated in México with the thesis that refined-products distribution needs a new operating substrate authored by operators.
Cantarell Carriers LLC is formed in the United States with USDOT 4229965, extending the group into physical hazmat transport.
The trading desk is established to source refined products in the US and move them into LATAM demand centers.
